Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

May 31 at 7:00pm. We're starting off our tour of the Valley and this promotion at the 7:30pm game at Central High School baseball field when the Woodstock River Bandits take on the New Market Rebels. Some inter-county rivalry and the kick-off of our 60 day journey will make this one great game! Come and see some great baseball in a beautiful town. For more information on the Woodstock or New Market teams or towns, see our Team Info page at crystalcleardelivery.com.

Website Update

As many of you may or may not know, Crystal Clear Delivery has a portion of its website dedicated to Around the Valley in 60 Days. As of tonight, the pages dedicated to each team individually were completed and we want to make sure people know to check it out. The pages are about the teams themselves (updates on whether or not the team has posted a roster, coaches, websites, directions, schedules, quick facts, etc.) The title of this post and these words are links to the web pages for Around the Valley and the Team Information, respectively. From the team info page you can select a team. The pages not in their final stages just yet as there is much we would still like to do with them but check them out, let us know what you think and enjoy !

Thanks to John Galle

Another special thanks to John Galle of the Shenandoah Valley Herald wrote an article announcing the program in the December 13, 2007 edition. We are so glad to have been featured and hope to continue working with the press during the upcoming Valley league season.

Thanks to Bill Meade

Let's play ball!

The Around the Valley promotion is an invitation initiated by the Carter family of Luray, VA, through the companies Crystal Clear Delivery and S. Carter Studios, to support the 11 Valley League baseball teams and get to know this beautiful area of Virginia at the same time. We hope that you'll discover communities and explore the local businesses as you and your family and friends take the challenge to visit all 11 ball parks during the 60 day season. Around the Valley is not a race but an opportunity to enjoy summer nights spent watching the future stars of Major League Baseball. We are excited to hear about your adventures and hope you'll post pictures and leave comments along the way! Please continue to visit this site as we post important information about the kick-off of the promotion, directions to the stadiums, recommendations for places to visit along the way as well as other exciting updates!
