Monday March 12TH, 2012 - CCD doubles in size !
The newspaper dated March 12, 2012 will always have a special place in the history of Crystal Clear Delivery as we doubled up our coverage territory for the Washington Post.
Agent #8636 - Randy Wertz retired from the position that his family held for nearly four decades and the Post asked us to take over the area for them. Warren County Plus is what I would call the new land as it includes Warren County, Fort Valley in Shenandoah County as well as portions of Fredrick County, Rappahannock County, Clark County & the majority of Fauquier County.
This territory once belonged to four separate Agents for the Washington Post before it was combined over the past few years. The total number of Agents that covered the territory that now falls under our care is NINE.
The CCD customer base nows contains thousands of names and numbers while the carrier total has risen to 24. The good news is that some of the finest newspaper carriers around make up the roster for our company.
The new challenge is simple - continue to provide "Personal Service" to all of the 4,500 folks that read the Sunday newspaper out here in our Valley.
