One of the Fun parts of being on the Road with the Golden Bears is trying hard to find a way to feed the team on the way back to Beckley. Tonight its the hard working 💪 crew at the Jersey Mike's Sub Shop in Abingdon, Virginia. 30 minutes before closing time and they were brave enough to try and feed our Bears 🐻

Carroll County High School Boys Basketball is getting ready for its 2024 - 2025 season and once again the staff will be 100% Home Grown.       The team will look to replace Davis Reitzel, Jabin Talley and Noah Manning this winter but return a roster full of Seniors as they look to continue their upward projectory of the past few seasons.    Junior Varsity Head Coach Jason Stockner isn't pictured with the group but will also be returning to lead the younger Cavs along with Ryan Largen.   We did sneak in a capture of Coach Stockner alongside Assistant Principal Kristen Quesenberry.     The team has been hard at work since the end of last season and will be appearing in a Gymnasium near you before you know it !
