All of us that where stuck indoors yesterday had to find a way to blow off some steam and some of us are better at it than others. I was hoping to be over in Waynesboro with Sacco and then back in Quicksburg for the Riverheads-Stonewall Girls Basketball game.

Not to be so I filled the time with work that had piled up but not Mr.Sacco- he took his pen (or keyboard) and banged out an interesting column. Check it out over at http://www.newsvirginian.com/

Carroll County High School Boys Basketball is getting ready for its 2024 - 2025 season and once again the staff will be 100% Home Grown.       The team will look to replace Davis Reitzel, Jabin Talley and Noah Manning this winter but return a roster full of Seniors as they look to continue their upward projectory of the past few seasons.    Junior Varsity Head Coach Jason Stockner isn't pictured with the group but will also be returning to lead the younger Cavs along with Ryan Largen.   We did sneak in a capture of Coach Stockner alongside Assistant Principal Kristen Quesenberry.     The team has been hard at work since the end of last season and will be appearing in a Gymnasium near you before you know it !
